Roy G. Mack, Pastor
Pastor Roy Mack attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, the University of Central Arkansas at Conway, and received his Bachelor of Theology from the Louisiana Baptist University at Shreveport. He surrendered to preach in 1989.
After three years as a youth pastor in Kentucky, Pastor Mack returned to his home town of Conway, Arkansas and started the Gospel Light Baptist Church and Academy. In the seven years he served there, the ministry saw hundreds of people saved and baptized.In March, 1999, he accepted the pastorate of Pinecrest Baptist Church in Morrow, Georgia. During the past nine years under Pastor Mack's leadership, Pinecrest has experienced God's favor, experiencing growth in all areas, and seeing many souls come to know Christ. In 2004, after seeking God's will in the matter of a new facility, Pastor Mack and the people of Pinecrest took a walk of faith and purchased property in McDonough, Georgia, to build a new church home. The prayer was answered when the people of Pinecrest moved into their new campus in 2007, after nearly three years of meeting in area schools each week.With a heart and vision for missions, Pastor Mack continues to lead PBC missions teams in visiting several fields, providing aid to missionaries and holding evangelistic crusades. Under his leadership, Pinecrest is an Impact Church in "Faith Promise" missions giving, giving in excess of $270,000 annually to support the work of 160 missionaries and missions projects worldwide.Pastor Mack and his wife, April, have four daughters: Alison, Ashle' Anne, Amelia and Alivia.Contact: pastor@pinecrestbaptist.com
Tom Miller, Associate Pastor
Tom joined the pastoral staff in January, 2004 to oversee the construction of our new church campus on Foster Drive. He is also responsible for the outreach activities of Pinecrest.
After attending the University of California-San Mateo, University of California-Chico and Liberty University's Bible Institute in Virginia, Tom pastored two Baptist churches during his 18 years in Texas. He also spent five years in Czechoslovakia planting a church in the city of Nove Mesto and establishing a gospel literature printing ministry. For his many years of Christian service, Dr. John Tisdale, president of Anchor Baptist Seminary, selected Tom as the recipient of an honorary doctorate degree.
Tom and his wife, Rebecca, have three daughters: Esther Story who lives in Utah; Rachel Travis who lives in Texas; and Sarah, who lives in here in Atlanta. They have three grandsons, Seth, Luke, and Nathan Story, and one granddaughter, Jaquelyn Travis.

Wayne Sutphin, Music Director
Wayne Sutphin joined Pinecrest Baptist Church as Music Director in September, 1999. A graduate of Baptist University of America, Wayne has been involved in the music ministry in Baptist churches for nearly 25 years.
While with Pinecrest, Wayne has led the Pinecrest adult choir to perform in the Southern Crescent Passion Play and The Never Ending Story, has hosted numerous, nationally-known gospel and Christian groups to sing in our services, and works to prepare each service so that the Lord is lifted up and the congregation prepares to worship.
Under Wayne's direction, the Pinecrest adult choir and music ministry cut their first CD, "For Such a Time as This," a compilation of soul-stirring, Christ-filled music. In 2003, while in Manila, Philippines, Wayne sang Ship Ahoy from the grandstand to more than one million people as they gathered in Luneta Park to hear the gospel preached during the Jesus Saves Crusade.
Wayne and his wife, Ann, who is also an accomplished soloist, are parents to seven children -- two of whom are still at home, Tess and Matthew. They recently welcomed their seventh grandchild to the family.

Tommy Stone, Associate Pastor/Youth
Tommy Stone joined the Pinecrest pastoral staff in early 2005 as the Associate Pastor of Youth. He leads the children and youth ministries of Pinecrest, following God's call on his life to work with young people.
Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, and a graduate of Baptist University of America, Tommy accepted Christ as his Saviour at a summer youth camp at 15, and surrendered to preach at the age of 16. His work with youth began in 1982. Throughout his ministry, he has led youth choirs, summer camps, winter retreats, Vacation Bible School, various children’s ministries, and taken numerous teen missions trips. Pinecrest's youth group continues to grow in number and mature in the Lord under Tommy's leadership.
Tommy and his wife, Donna, have four children: T.J., Amber, Lauren and Tyler.

Todd Wentz, Missions Pastor
Growing up at Pinecrest, Todd has had the privilege of experiencing many great things over his 30 years at the church. Todd is a 2000 graduate from the University of Georgia, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business. After graduation, Todd accepted a position with Georgia Pacific where he worked as a sales associate for six years.
After going to Romania on a missions trip in 2002, Todd felt the Lord calling him to some type of full-time Christian service. In early 2005, Todd left corporate America and surrendered to be a missionary representative with FirstBible International, an organization that focuses on providing scripture to the unreached people of the world. In 2007, Todd joined the pastoral staff of Pinecrest as Missions Pastor and Care Team Director, a ministry designed to meet the needs of our guests and members alike.
Todd and his wife, Jody, have two beautiful children: Emma and Jackson.
